Nikos Katsiantonis
For over a decade, Nikos has been passionately immersed in the world of Human Development, empowering professionals to excel in communication, leadership, and personal growth. As the founder of Speak to Influence, he specializes in coaching speakers to craft compelling presentations, master delivery techniques, and leave a lasting impact.
Since 2018, Nikos has been the Speakers Coach for TEDxAthens, guiding individuals to deliver transformative talks, including several featured on TED.com with millions of views. In 2022, his coaching led to a record-breaking milestone: three of his coachees were featured on the TEDx Editor’s Pick, collectively garnering over 4.1 million views.
His roster of coachees includes Pulitzer Prize winners, CEOs of unicorn startups, Michelin-starred chefs, global thought leaders, and world-renowned artists. Each year, more than 20,000 TEDx talks are delivered across 3,000+ events worldwide. What was once a showcase of unique ideas has now become a global phenomenon. Yet, only a select few talks (around 200 annually) are chosen by TEDx as “Editor’s Picks” and featured on their official channels.
Nikos has been collaborating with the incredible TEDxAthens team since 2015. In 2018, he was entrusted with coaching a selection of speakers each year—a role he has proudly held ever since.
